According to the Guardian, Liverpool are looking for £30 million to let Mamadou Sakho leave in the summer with it seemingly certain that he is out of Jurgen Klopp’s plans.

The French defender and German manager clearly fell out last summer on the club’s pre-season tour and it does appear as though the two just cannot settle their differences.

Sakho, then, might just be off, then, but it looks like it’s going to take quite the hefty fee for someone to take him away from Anfield.

Crystal Palace have currently got him on loan before and they have conducted this kind of business with us in the past with the likes of Christian Benteke moving down there last season.

It remains to be seen if they want to fork out that kind of money again, though, with Sakho currently out injured anyway.
