The transfer rumour mill is approaching full swing now as we head towards the summer and it certainly appears to be sending out plenty of stories involving Liverpool.
Of course, there’s always going to be news coming out throughout the season where we are involved but with the hope of Champions League football next year, the rumours seem to be even more often than usual.
Indeed, they are covering a huge variety of players, too, and one of the latest is certainly doing that with The People – via The Daily Star – claiming that Manuel Lanzini is being tracked by the club.
Lanzini, of course, is a good Premier League player but we think there are stars out there that might be better suited to our game.
So, with that in mind, here are three players we think we should consider signing instead of the Argentine…
