According to German outlet Bild, Liverpool are set to have Allan at the club for the new season with Hertha Berlin unlikely to take him on loan for the new campaign.
The Bundesliga side from the German capital had the exciting young Brazilian on-loan last season where featured on a largely limited basis and it seems as though a new deal for him cannot be agreed.
He does, however, have plenty of talent and showcased that on a previous loan deal in Finland and so it’s likely we’ll look for a loan deal for him – whether that be an improved one from Hertha or with another club.
He won’t play for us next season, though, as he still cannot get a work permit and so hopefully a loan deal can be arranged to help bolster that.
