As quoted by The Independent, Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho has said that things are complicated when it comes to talk over a Barcelona move in the summer.
This is a story we have seen for a long time now and it certainly doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon.
Even so, the men from Anfield do not have to worry just yet, as the Catalan side has at least not yet made a firm bid for the Brazilian.
Coutinho, though, is likely going to be asked about things all summer and this is what he had to say most recently:
“Talking about this is complicated.
“I have a contract with my club and it is long.”
Intriguing stuff from the midfielder, then, and we can only hope that the former Inter Milan man is only saying something so coy to remove the spotlight off of him for now.
