As reported by Corriere dello Sport – via Calciomercato – Liverpool have seen their latest big money bid for a player turned down in another frustrating turn of events.
This summer has already seen the Reds bring Dominic Solanke in and get linked with a whole host of other players but, in fact, Solanke is the only one to have signed so far.
Indeed, Mo Salah is a deal that is still up in the air and we all know what happened with the Virgil van Dijk deal so frustrating is a good word to sum things up so far.
And, in that theme, the Reds have now seen a €28M bid for Lazio’s young star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic turned down – according to the Italian outlet at least.
It appears, then, if the Reds want to prise him away from the Italian club, they’ll have to fork out even more cash.
