According to The Mirror, Liverpool and Tottenham are battling for the right to sign promising Lazio star Balde Keita.
The young attacker could cost £30 million according to the report and it is clear that he is highly thought of with Mauricio Pochettino’s men apparently rivalling us for his signature.
The 22-year-old, when you consider his attributes, does look like the kind of player that would work out well for us if we did sign him.
Energetic and skillful, he can play down either wing and off of a main striker meaning he’d surely fit in to our current 4-3-3 system.
Indeed, we could certainly do with some extra players that can get out wide and with him hitting 16 goals last season, he certainly knows how to contribute to attacking play.
