It’s getting to that point in the year where the long-running transfer moves of the last season begin to come to a conclusion as the summer window approaches.
Indeed, these last few months we have seen a huge host of players getting linked with the Reds and it is now getting to the point where a few names are still getting mentioned – increasing the excitement around any move.
Certainly, Naby Keita is a player that falls into that bracket with him increasingly getting mentioned as a Liverpool target and now – according to The Independent – he is right at the top of Jurgen Klopp’s shopping list.
For sure, the dynamic midfielder would likely be a welcome addition to Anfield thanks to his high energy displays and you do get the feeling from the fan-base that he is exactly the kind of player we need in our engine room.
