According to The Mirror, Liverpool are to launch a big money bid for Naby Keita of Red Bull Leipzig this week.
The Reds have been linked with the midfielder for some time and it would certainly represent the biggest move in the club’s history financially if it was to go through.
Indeed, the report is suggesting a whopping £70 million bid is in the offing and that would certainly be a lot of money for a player that still has much to prove.
Keita, though, is clearly one of our key targets this summer and with the market the way it is we could just be set to fork out that kind of money regardless of the risks.
