According to Melissa Reddy for goal.com, Mamadou Sakho does have a deal on the table at Crystal Palace and all that needs to be agreed is a fee.
Of course, in recent days it did look as though this potential deal was completely off the cards thanks to the £30 million fee the Reds want for the Frenchman.
Ruling it out, though, is not something we should do just yet with the London club evidently still weighing things up given that they clearly would like him at their club.
For sure, he was superb for them for the second half of last season as he helped them avoid relegation and with it seemingly very clear that Jurgen Klopp doesn’t want him, it is surely time to let him go.
