We’ve all been worried in recent days that Philippe Coutinho is going to head to Barcelona but it appears as though Jurgen Klopp is not going to have any of it.
Indeed, we’ve seen the Brazilian midfielder linked with a move away plenty of times in recent years but it did seem as though this time around things had extra gravitas.
However, speaking of added impetus, Jurgen Klopp has come out in pretty determined fashion to say that the player will not be going anywhere.
Indeed, as quoted by Chris Bascombe on Twitter, he said:
Klopp on Coutinho (via a translated question): “He is not available to be sold. The word is NOT. There is nothing to interpet.”

That, then, really does look to be that as the season draws near with us looking in rather good shape after beating Bayern Munich 3-0.
