The Reds rounded off this weekend’s Premier League action yesterday afternoon as we hosted Arsenal at Anfield.
And it was certainly a case of best until last for us as the Reds ran out easy 4-0 winners against a very poor Arsenal side.
In truth, it could have been even more with the amount of clear chances we had throughout the game but regardless we put the Gunners to the sword with some scintillating attacking football.
What was most pleasing, though, was that we limited Arsenal to very few chances, too, and though it still wasn’t perfect at the back, there should be heart taken from that.
Plenty to smile about then on this Bank Holiday Monday and so, with that in mind, here are our player ratings from the game…
