And now, it seems, the Reds might not have to deal with them coming back in January at least with the Catalans looking into signing Jean-Michel Seri from Nice.
The midfielder had looked close to signing for Barca in the summer but the move fell through so now it appears there is a renewed effort to get something done.
For sure, that might come as a boost to the Reds but we have our doubts we’ve heard the end of this for good.
