Speaking to Sky Sports Germany – and as quoted by the Liverpool Echo, former Germany international Christoph Metzelder has suggested that Jurgen Klopp could move to Bayern Munich.
We guess we should get used to this rumour until the Bavarian side brings in its new manager with Klopp one of the more outstanding German coaches around right now.
And, with Carlo Ancelotti gone, it would obviously make sense that Munich want to bring in the man that stopped their dominance with Dortmund.
However, Klopp is on a long contract with the Reds and we don’t see it happening with it striking us that he is the kind of manager that plans on seeing his projects through.
Metzelder, though, might disagree with him saying this over the next Bayern boss:
“From my point of view, Jurgen Klopp would be ready.
“He is a top man-manager and could make the complex power relationship work wonderfully.”
Let’s hope, then, that nothing comes of this.
