As quoted by the club’s official website, Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he hopes to be able to call on Adam Lallana next month.
The midfielder got injured before the start of the campaign and has been missing ever since but in recent weeks we have seen him upping his recovery and getting himself back out on the grass.
For sure, then, that is something we have been waiting to hear and the news is continuing to be positive with the midfielder set to be back – all being well – in November.
Klopp said:
“I cannot say now, but maybe after the next international break he could be back.
“It would be fantastic for us, of course. Everybody knows what kind of a quality player he is, so it would be fantastic.”
Some good news for the Reds, then, especially when you consider Lallana’s improvement under Klopp and sheer ability to press and harass like few others in our side.
