According to the Daily Star, Liverpool could yet see Daniel Sturridge head to Roma this month in a late twist to his transfer story.
The striker looks set to leave the club this month on loan at least and it did appear that Inter Milan would be the side where he ends up.
However, according to the report Roma might make a move for him if Edin Dzeko ends up moving to Chelsea from the Serie A side.
Indeed, it would leave the men from the Italian capital needing a new forward for the rest of their season and Sturridge is clearly available.
The England international could have a decision to make, though it does appear as though it’s likely he will be gone for the rest of this campaign at least.
