Liverpool travelled to Swansea City last night as we rounded off the Premier League football for the weekend.
After seeing Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United all win over the weekend and Tottenham drawing on Sunday a win really was needed to keep our top four challenge on track.
However, things did not start off well with us not able to break through the Swans and convert our chances before Alfie Mawson turned home to make it 1-0 at half-time.
And, despite extra pressure in the second half, we never really looked like scoring as we slumped to a pretty inexcusable 1-0 loss against the side down at the bottom of the league.
All the Man City work appears to have not been capitalised on, then, and so here are our player ratings…
