Marko Grujic is a promising Liverpool talent that the club cannot avoid to waste and with Fulham reportedly being interested they should take advantage of the revolution that is occurring at Craven Cottage.

The 22-year-old central midfielder, who dabbles in an attacking or defensive role dependent on whatever is needed, has a bright future at Anfield but isn’t ready to break into Jurgen Klopp’s team on a regular basis just yet.

Grujic has managed 14 appearances for the Red’s senior side but clearly they’re unable to afford him the opportunity to regularly feature in the 2018/19 campaign as they have to push on for trophies.

This is the case despite the midfielder proving that he is now a more rounded player after a recent successful loan spell at Cardiff City.

Grujic survived the harsh environment of England’s second-tier, clearly toughening up along the way, to impress in the 14 games he featured in.

It’s clear that another spell in the Championship won’t see his talent flourish to the full capacity that it could, as he has learnt what he needed to from that league, but there is a place for Grujic to learn more about his trade and blossom.

That place is at Fulham.

It is believed that the exciting, football friendly Londoners are one of the teams, according to Goal, that are interested in the midfielder.

While it doesn’t state whether they’re just looking to loan, the Reds should only sanction a temporary exit, Klopp should drive Grujic to Craven Cottage so he can spend the season there.

Under Slavisa Jokanovic’s care, the midfielder will be able to flourish in a side that play beautiful attacking football, which is similar to how the Reds enjoy playing, in order to make him ready to be a member of the Klopp’s first-team squad in the 2019/20 campaign.

Grujic will learn on the job what it takes to perform every week in the Premier League and will return next summer to Anfield an even better player.

Therefore Klopp must drive one of the Reds’ most promising talents to next season’s Premier League new boys in order to see him blossom and return ready to feature at Anfield.
