Liverpool fans on social media urged teenage attacker Rhian Brewster to sign a new contract and stay at Anfield.
The Times reported on Saturday that RB Leipzig and Borussia Monchengladbach were keen on tempting the 18-year-old centre-forward with a move to Germany, with Monchengladbach leading the race for his signature.
The newspaper claimed that Monchengladbach director Max Eberl had made a ‘serious play’ for the youngster ever since watching him fire England’s U-17s to the World Cup last summer.
Brewster scored eight goals in six appearances at the prestigious youth tournament, which not only helped his nation lift the World Cup but also saw him pick up the Golden Boot.
It is believed that the pacey Reds forward is yet to sign a professional contract with current club, despite turning 18-years-old recently.
While Brewster may be unsure about where his future lies, Reds supporters certainly knew where they saw him being next season based on their reaction on Twitter.
One fan urged the 18-year-old not to leave by pointing how well Jerome Sinclair, currently at Watford, has fared after departing the club on a free transfer.
While another supporter claimed that the Reds couldn’t possible lose the teenage speed demon as he was the future of Liverpool.

I hope not. But truth be told . will he really get a chance? Harry Wilson is also quality, but he still hasn't gotten a chance himself. Game time is really essential for the growth of this guys, are we willng to give them that? I guess the reasonable solution is a loan deal.
