Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly been left angered by Liverpool’s favourable fixture list for the 2018/19 season, and Reds fans have taken to Twitter to mock the Red Devils manager.
As reported by the The Times, the Portuguese tactician is upset at the fact that Liverpool have been handed six home games following their Champions League exploits next season.
The newspaper report that the other three sides in the competition, including United, have instead been given three home games and three away games on the weekends following Champions League fixtures.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino and Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola are said to be relatively relaxed about the situation, with both aware that the Reds may end up facing longer journeys depending on the Champions League draw.
Mourinho is instead angry about the favourable draw for the Reds, with the Times claiming that the Portuguese is likely to raise it at some point during the season.
Liverpool fans have now taken to Twitter to react to Mourinho’s angry reaction to the fixture list, with many taking the opportunity to mock the Portuguese for his pettiness, with others calling him ‘obsessed.’
