As a young player, representing a big club like Liverpool can obviously have its downfalls – and that is no different with striker Dominic Solanke.

Solanke has undeniable talent, but Jurgen Klopp has not put faith in him due to the amount of attacking talent he has at his fingertips.

This is why the 21-year-old ace has failed to make the his desired impact on the Reds, which is why he must be moved on.

The Chronicle have reported that Newcastle United have approached Liverpool about the availability of their young forward, but it adds that he is more likely to leave on loan – meaning that United will not be able to snap him up.

The Reds must ensure that he can leave on a permanent basis instead of temporarily, as a club like Liverpool is just too big for the young ace at the moment.

He has the capabilities to tear up defences, but it is abundantly clear that Solanke is not going to get anywhere near the first team any time soon.

This is why Liverpool must push him towards the Anfield exit in the next transfer window, as it is not fair to heap more misery on him by keeping him away from regular game time.

Newcastle are just the club who can help him thrive – but in order to do that, Liverpool must greenlight a permanent move in January.

United are in desperate need to add another striker to their ranks, and Solanke fits the bill perfectly.

Surely a player as young as him wants more opportunities to play? Well, he must look no further than Tyneside.

The young talisman would become a lethal player if he made the move to St James’ Park – and there is no doubt that he would prefer that to being an understudy to the likes of Mo Salah and Daniel Sturridge.

Time for Solanke to make a make a move that could seriously benefit his career – but first, Newcastle must be ready to pounce.
