Some Liverpool fans took to Twitter to urge their club to sign West Ham attacker Felipe Anderson despite the Brazilian only joining the London club in the summer. Anderson has taken very well to life in the Premier League however and it seems Reds fans have noticed this. The 25-year-old has wowed Hammers supporters, including on Saturday against Crystal Palace, in the 16 league appearances he has made this season. Anderson has scored six, while assisting two and clearly one fan noted him as a potential amazing replacement for Philippe Coutinho who left to join Barcelona last January. While one Reds fan questioned the club’s decision not to go for Anderson in the summer another suggested that he was worth pursuing to be cover for the club’s first-choice attacking trio despite likely having a huge price tag. The winger cost the Hammers £36million, which could rise to £41.5million (Source: BBC Sport), and it’s hard to see the London club being willing to sell him to the Reds anytime soon unless they make a ridiculous offer. While one fan suggested the club swap Sadio Mane, hopefully sarcastically, these Reds supporters are unlikely to get their wish to granted.
