BT Sport pundit Robbie Savage has included Liverpool double act Jordan Henderson and Mohamed Salah in his Team of the Week.
BT Sport revealed the news on their official Twitter account, rewarding the Reds duo for scoring in Jurgen Klopp’s team’s 3-1 victory over Southampton last Friday.
Salah netted with a beautiful finish from an electric Liverpool counter attack, while Henderson came off the bench to score the decisive third goal.
They are joined by Watford pair Gerard Deulofeu and Troy Deeney, Everton defenders Phil Jagielka and Lucas Digne and Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard, to name a few, in Savage’s line up.

OPINION
Both these Liverpool stars absolutely deserve their place in Savage’s team after producing tremendous performances against the Saints. Southampton played fairly well and were certainly in the game at St Mary’s Stadium, but it was the superior quality of Salah and Henderson which got the Reds over the line. The latter looked dangerous from the first whistle and his finish for his goal was of the highest order. The Egyptian international had defenders all around him and an onrushing goalkeeper flying at him, yet he still managed to place the ball beautifully in the bottom corner, cool as you like. It was a superb strike and it got Klopp’s team out of a little bit of bother on the South Coast. Henderson was also instrumental in the come-from-behind victory, emerging at the break like a peak Steven Gerrard, driving his team forward and capping off a fine display with a terrific goal.
