Ruben Neves took the breath away from Liverpool fans on Monday night not only because of an absolutely wonderful goal for Wolves, but also the fact that it was against Manchester United. Neves, 22, is a top-class player who could without doubt get in the starting line-up of some of the Premier League’s top-six sides. He is wasted at Molineux and there’s no surprise that so many Liverpool fans on Twitter are urging their club to sign the central midfielder after his wonder goal against Man United. Neves is someone who would walk into Jurgen Klopp’s side. Stan Collymore has already claimed that the Portugal international would be a “fantastic” signing for the Reds [Mirror] and it really is hard to disagree when he is scoring goals like he did at Molineux on Monday. Klopp should be in the market for new players next summer and Neves should be someone who he looks at. One Liverpool fan reckons £80million could pry him away from Molineux but it may well take way more than that.
