Liverpool will have been delighted to have had Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain back available to them at the beginning of this season, and the midfielder has been in superb form in all competitions ever since. The former Arsenal man scored against his old side in the Carabao Cup, then added to that tally with three goals in two games against Genk. That form led to him being recalled to the England side, and that saw him score once again against Montenegro on Thursday. Oxlade-Chamberlain is fully cementing his place in the English side as proven against Kosovo. The 26-year-old assisted Harry Winks’ first-ever goal at international level. Oxlade-Chamberlain is getting better and better, and the more minutes he is getting, the better he continues to perform. Many England fans took to Twitter to gush about the midfielder, with a couple even claiming he was the best player on the park on Sunday evening in their final European qualifier.
