Earlier this week, Instagram user @ocorinthianonyusa leaked an image of what is rumoured to be Liverpool’s away kit for next season, with Nike set to replace New Balance as the club’s kit supplier from 1 June. The predominantly turquoise design was duly met with disdain by many Reds supporters.
The kit leak prompted Empire of the Kop on Twitter (@empireofthekop) to ask followers for their favourite Liverpool away kits in previous seasons, with the orange change strip from a couple of seasons ago proving popular among numerous Kopites.
What's your favourite #LFC shirt in recent years that wasn't the home kit? With Nike potentially giving us something brand new, we want to know ?

The orange kit was worn in some emphatic wins along Liverpool’s route to the 2017/18 Champions League final, including a 7-0 thrashing of Maribor in Slovenia and a 5-0 romp away to Porto. It also featured in a resounding 4-1 victory at West Ham that season, as well as victories at Stoke and Southampton and a rollercoaster 3-3 draw at Arsenal just before Christmas 2017.
These Liverpool fans on Twitter cited it as their favourite away kit, with some referencing the multitude of impressive results with which it is associated:
