16th Jan – Liverpool 0 – 3 Crewe Alexandra (FA Premier Academy League) – Ince came on at half time for defender Andre Wisdom but could not prevent Liverpool losing to the Railwaymen, who looked far sharper than the jaded Reds who were still recovering from their FA Youth Cup efforts.
