Atletico’s Biggest Threat Out of Reds Clash

|

SergioAgueroAtletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero will not be able to play in the first leg of the semi final against Liverpool on the 22nd April. The Argentinean will be suspended for the game at the Vicente Calderon after picking up a yellow card in injury time during the 0-0 draw versus Valencia. It will be a big blow for the Madrid club as the 21 year old has been ever present this season, providing some crucial goals both in the Europa League and in La Liga where Atletico have recovered from a poor start to the season. Aguero’s team-mate Raul Garcia is still looking forward to the semi-final in two weeks time though, the Spaniard is anticipating the return of Fernando Torres to his old club:

“It was difficult, but we are in a European semi-final. Now we face the Liverpool of Torres. We are really looking forward to that tie.”

The two legs will be held on April 22nd in Madrid and April 29th at Anfield, the tie will surely beĀ  a close encounter but will Atletico miss Aguero in the first leg?

FOR ME THIS GUY IS A HUGE PLAYER,, if we can not get villa, and with the money they( con men – yanks ) have we would be able to rent a holiday villa, never mind buy a real life one, but for me with maxi torres and masch at the club and with the back room staff all spanish speaking i just think aguero is a must for liverpool, we could make him feel wanted and with mascherano looking out for him and knowing how he plays as with nino and maxi for me he would be just huge,,,, the shirt sales alone would help, and the market out in south america would be opened more as to the liverpool angle out there. if we can not get david villa who in my mind is out gift from god, as to wear our beloved 7 home top. then get the little man Aguero and stick him up top with el nino. liverpool next year,
    REINA
    JOHNSON CARRA SKRTEL AGGER
    MAXI MASCHERANO GERRARD
    AGUERO TORRES KUYT

I would love Villa or Aguero but let’s be real here, it ain’t gonna happen. Fact.
Let’s go for players like Cordozo, prolific yet not at price that is excessive. He would be a good buy as would a creative midfielder like David Silva (his price is quoted at around 20million rather than the 40m Villa is priced at).
We also need to be a pedigree LB, no more duff buys here Rafa (yes ‘duff’ buys: Deggen;Insua etc etc). We need to spend, I reckon about 10m on a FB, 20M on a creative midfielder/forward and 10-15m on a striker.
That means we need 45M so sell Babel, Insua, Deggen, El Zhar, Riera & hope the idiot owners sell out or back Rafa with some serious funds…
    In Rafa we trust.

Aguero is an excellent option and a great player in the making if we can buy aquero by giving atletico some player swap such as yossi or babel or even reira + 20 million. Swap deal will benifit both the clubs, Villa is 28 and i had a gut feeling that either we will not be able to offord him or he will be a flop just like robbie keane, also age is the major factor villa has probably 2 or 3 season left in him but aquero is just 21 and he along with toress can be lethal and unstoppable, mascerano can have an impact on the whole scenario as he is the captain of argentine squad he can convince aquero to come to us. God please give us some good investors so we can throw the yanks out of liverpoolfc.
