|

According to Tribalfootball, Liverpool are still keen on bringing Japanese World Cup star Keisuke Honda to Anfield. Honda’s club CSKA Moscow rejected interest from a number of clubs in the summer after the attacking midfielder had a very successful tournament in South Africa, but they are now willing to cash in on one of their prized assets. January is in the close season for club’s in Russia, and CSKA would be prepared to listen to offers for the player. According to the website, Roy Hodgson is keen to bring the player to England and CSKA insiders believe that the Reds will use the cash raised from the sale of Javier Mascherano to fund a move for Honda.

What money? All the transfer profit is in Hicks wallet never to see the light of day this side of the Pond. We are now a side based Moyes ethic i.e. free transfers, kids, loans and swaps. and until a rich arab takes control we will remain so.
