France Football is reporting that Liverpool are interested in signing Lille defender Adil Rami. According to the French magazine, while Roy Hodgson was watching fellow Lille teammates Gervinho and Eden Hazard in a match last weekend, he was also casting his eye over 24 year old Rami. The magazine believes that Rami is quickly becoming one of Liverpool’s cast iron transfer targets for the January transfer window. Rami made his debut for France alongside Philippe Mexes in a friendly against Norway back in August and has continued in the role in four subsequent matches.
