Liverpool co-owner John W Henry believes that Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish should have a big role to play in shaping the Anfield club’s future. In an interview with the BBC, Henry said:
We’ve spoken a couple of times. We met on Thursday just briefly and we want to get together and spend some time. He should play an important role.”
Henry and his wife Linda Pizzuti attended the match against Chelsea yesterday, and Henry commented on twitter afterwards:
“An indication of what can happen when this group comes together as one? The second goal was perfection. Learned what a very clean sheet is.”

As we come closer to the end of 2010, I thought it might be good to look back at the last decade and see all the memorable moments Liverpool have had during that time. Of course, the most immediate memory is the Champions League final in 2005, but there are also individual memories such as Gerrard’s goals against Olympiakos in 2005 on the way to the “Miracle in Istanbul,” and the “Gerrard final” of 2006 where Stevie dragged the team to win the FA Cup. Also I have shared memories of instances that occurred under Gerard Houllier’s tenure such as the Golden Goal winner in the UEFA Cup final in 2001, Gary McAllister’s injury time free kick in the Merseyside Derby and John Arne Riise’s goal against Manchester United that nearly broke the goal post in two.

Mr henry looks like a good capture strong talking man letting the big boys know if they dont want to be here then leave i have a feeling he will rebuild this club again alongside king kenny whether that be as manager or something else

Please dont carried away with result. We hav to thank raina for those 2 saves. We need solid back 4 no doubt this was gr8 display comapre to the season so far. I was surprised by lucas, I am not gr8 fan of lucas but what a performance he gave in was superb. He has to come out of his shell.

OMG can he please hurry up and do the right thing?? Kenny for manager!!!! Come on sort it out for f’s sake!! How long are we going to carry on like this! We no longer have any standards whatsoever.
