French newspaper L’Equipe is reporting that Rennes hope to sell right back Rod Fanni to Liverpool in the next couple of days. Speaking to the paper, Rennes General Manager Pierre Dreossi said:
“A decision will be made within 48 hours.”
Marseille are also said to be interested in Fanni after Cesar Azpilicueta was ruled out for the rest of the season but Rennes are reluctant to sell to one of their Ligue One rivals.
