Liverpool First Team Coach Steve Clarke will be offered a long term deal by Liverpool, according to the Daily Mirror. The paper believes Clarke will be given a contract extension which will exceed the length of the new deal that will soon been offered to Kenny Dalglish. The former Chelsea and West Ham coach’s contract expires at the end of the season but Liverpool Director of Football Strategy Damien Comolli has been so impressed by the coach that he is willing to give Clarke a longer term deal right away.
