Italian Press: Juve prepared only to offer €12m

|

The Gazzetta Dello Sport are reporting that Juventus are only willing to pay €12m for Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani, a full €4m below the asking price for the player. When asked today about the talks between Juve and the Reds about Aquilani, manager Kenny Dalglish said:

“Who said we’d started talking? Because you read it in the paper or you manufacture it in your mind, I’ve got to answer? There haven’t been any conversations yet although he’s done really well this season.”

The Gazzetta Dello Sport also reports that Aquilani would have to take a pay cut in his €3.5m a year to join Juve.

Great stuff, AA’s needed back at Anfield. If Juve don’t want to pay they can’t rate him that highly.

    See you next season Aquaman.

I say then they should be prepared to lose him to another team who are willing to pay the piper!

Everyone’s complaining we lack depth still some want us to sell a good squad player in AA. Imagine if benayoun n aquillani are still here now? Thanks to ROY.
