Spanish daily newspaper Sport is reporting that Real Madrid have entered the race for Valencia midfielder Juan Mata. According to the paper Madrid are willing to meet Valencia’s €25million asking price by adding winger Pedro Leon as part of the deal. Leon is not part of Jose Mourinho’s plans for next season, and with right winger Joaquin joining Malaga, Valencia may see the former Getafe player as the ideal replacement. As for Mata, he started his career in the Bernabeu and it remains to be seen whether he would want to return.

So mayb Henderson+ Aquilani(returnd)+ Charlie(probably) + Stewart(probably) are enough additionals to shoot Lfc back into top 4. You guys should just 4get about Lfc for now & watch Kenny & Comoli do things in their own funy way. This is ridiculosly hypertensive.

Guys, the international window doesn’t open until tomorrow, and all the speculation you’ve been reading is simply that – speculation. The Liverpool Board has gone back to the old way of keeping quiet until the deal is done.
Have a little faith, and stop believing every rumour you read on the internet, otherwise you would have to believe Liverpool have been linked with 27 central midfielders and 14 wingers in the last month.
