Lyon special advisor Bernard Lacombe has invited Liverpool to make a bid for Aly Cissokho. He told L’Equipe:
“If Liverpool is attracted in Cissokho, they have to come to us.”
The French club are struggling financially and are said to be keen to offload players so they can finance their own transfer plans this summer.

The player wants to leave but Liverpool is not going to pay what they have paid to get him.
Lyon has always made money by selling players, who sometimes were not worth it (Diarra to Real), but sometimes those were quality players who helped their new club like Essien.
Only difference is, Lyon played better before and players transfer market values were bigger.
With Cissokho they will have to take loss, if they wait they can loose even more with player not being happy.
They just dont understand that their mistake in transfer market can cost them.
If they dont use this chance to recoup some of the money they have spent Liverpool will get someone else for LB position.
