Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has backed Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez’s partnership to come good. He told Liverpoolfc.tv:

“They never had much chance to play together last year. Andy came to the club injured. He looks a lot fitter now. They’ll be alright.”

Dalglish also told the Liverpool Daily Post that he will give the players all the time they need to gel:

“It will take time to get to know each other but the most important factor is they got through the game. Two of the players have just come back from the Copa America. It’s a big ask. But we knew what we were doing when we picked the side. How long will it take to gel? It might be next week, I don’t know. There is no timescale, that’s a certainty. Whatever time they need, they will have.”

This week it is former LFC WAG Jennifer Ellison!!

i think it was the biggest waste of 35 big ones (signing carroll) and almost every time he palys my point is proven coz the team wont want to play football!! They just transform into a team that just lumps the ball up the park. F***n infuriating!!
