The Gazzetta Dello Sport is reporting that Cesena are “waiting for developments” on Liverpool left back Emiliano Insua. According to the paper, the Argentine is seen by the Italian club as a replacement for Japanese full back Yuto Nagatomo, who signed permanently at Inter Milan at the end of last season. The report states Cesena are seeking a loan agreement in view to a permanent deal next summer. Insua featured in Liverpool Reserve’s 2-0 friendly defeat to Tranmere Rovers yesterday.
