Krisztian Adorjan LiverpoolFC Gronginen, of the Netherlands, have claimed that they have concluded a deal with Liverpool which will see the Reds’ midfielder Krisztian Adorjan travel to Holland on a loan deal, Sky Sports have reported.

The midfielder has already been training with Gronginen this summer, sparking speculation that the 20 year old would be playing in the Eredivisie sooner or later on a short-term deal.

The Hungarian is considered by Liverpool as one of their most promising young talents, but the Reds are also aware that he will need regular playing time in order to hone his skills and reach his full potential at Anfield.

With all the talent already at the club, Adorjan will most likely find it difficult to break through the ranks at this time, so a loan deal will ensure that all participants in the deal will glean the benefits.

Gronginen are optimistic about the Hungarian making his way to Holland for the start of the 2013/2014 campaign as the deal with the Reds has already been agreed.

The remaining obstacle for both clubs now is whether Adorjan will agree to make the switch, and talks have already been planned for the club and player to thrash out a deal.

Posting on his Twitter account, Groningen general director, Hans Nijland said: “Krisztian Adorjan will re-join our first team squad on Monday. There is an agreement with Liverpool and now negotiations with Adorjan have to take place.”

Hey all, I'm 17 years old and I've only been writing sports articles for a couple of months. I'm an aspiring journalist living in the Anfield area (about 5 minutes from the stadium, seriously, I can hear the roar of the Kop from my house!) I've been a lifelong supporter along with my entire family (except one Uncle, but we don't need to talk about that) and I've followed the Reds through the good and the bad times - and there's been a lot of both. I recently got accepted into college and shall be taking a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Journalism, with this hopefully being the first step towards a full time career in journalism.

think it would be great for him.i heard dani p is also going on loan which is great and in away sad for me.i could see in previous friendly he had some great ball skills and composure on the ball and would be a real jewel of a player soon.

He deserves 2 get more playing time.

  • Raam says:

Good for him..Krisztian,Suso,Taxiera,Wisdom, Coady, Morgan,Sinclaire should be be loaned early to championship clubs to sharpen their skills and mental strength and gain valuble first team experiance so that they can return and back up our first team whenever needed. Made one mistake selling Ince when could have loaned him for couple of seasons more. Cost us dearly.

Raam, we have offered Ince a new contract on several occasions. He didn’t want to sign them, because he thought, rightly, that he would get more first team action elsewhere. Your claim, that we sold him instead of loaning him out, is plainly wrong and ill-informed.

Good for the younger lads to get the experience and it being a loan deal, though i still have reservations as to whether he will make it here. And as the above comment notes, Ince was offered a new deal but chose not to accept or sign, i really wish people would know their facts before spouting off stupid accusations.

If he can get a playin time there fine. If not he should consider championship.
