Very little has changed in this regard. Johnson should no longer be a first-team regular for Liverpool but Brendan seems simply hell bent on playing him every week, whether it be right back, left back or – utterly bizarrely – at centre back against Manchester United.
Johnson has probably improved marginally, purely through playing so often but when Manquillo and Moreno are having to sit out games and see their progress stunted, it really is time to look for alternative clubs for the ‘veteran’.
I agree that Johnson and Lovren should be dropped. I would also personally drop Toure and add Mignolet to the list (which Rogers has done) and finally Ballotelli who has been completely useless since signing. Liverpool need a commanding world class goalkeeper and at least 2 world class central defenders and they need to stop investing in attacking players since its obvious that the problems with the team are all in the defensive departments.
I agree with some of the names on this list, but I think there are other that should be considered dropped from the Team.

brendan rodgers is confused…there seems to be a problem in the dressing room and his formation and choice of playerz are nt up to par.sterling is becomin frustratin to watch,gerrard is useless in d dm role,lovren,glen should b out of d team indefinitely.why lazar,moreno and manqs,lallana,can,sakho,borini are not gettin into d team is beyond me…
Need more emre can on the mid and sakho should be back in the line and manquillo , borini deserves a starting place only that rodgers has little faith in him
I think brendan should start playing 2 holding midfielders to protect the backline

I agree with all of the names mentioned in the article. However, the blame here lies with Rogers, as he must shoulder the blame for the inept performances of the team in general, and also spending 120 million euro’s on inappropriate players.
Lallana , Can , Markovic , Lucas and Moreno should start and drop Gerrad and the rest………..
