So, it’s that moment you’ve not doubt all been waiting for all summer long: the official Liverpool FC player ratings have been announced for FIFA 16 which is due to release this month.

Over the past few years finding out how your teams – or favourite – players are rated in the latest edition of FIFA has become more and more anticipated and Reds fans will be pleased with some of our players ratings. Although there is bound to be some debate.

While there are plenty of good ratings in there and, you may argue, even some fairly generous ones, there’s plenty that may leave you scratching your head. Here’s the full list of Liverpool player ratings:

Phillippe Coutinho 84
Daniel Sturridge 83
Christian Benteke 82
Roberto Firmino 82
Martin Skrtel 81
Mamadou Sakho 81
Nathaniel Clyne 81
James Milner 80
Adam Lallana 80
Lucas Leiva 79
Jordan Henderson 79
Dejan Lovren 79
Alberto Moreno 79
Kolo Toure 78
Simon Mignolet 78
Jose Enrique 77

Samed Yesil 64
Joe Gomez 64
Ryan McLaughlin 61

Having had a look at the top 50 rated players, it would seem that the Reds highest rated – Philippe Coutinho – doesn’t even make the cut, meaning that there must be some pretty impressive players around Europe! So, how do you feel about the ratings – have EA got it right or wrong?
