Liverpool legend Ian Rush does not believe that a team in England is playing better football than the Reds at the moment.

Speaking to Today Online in Singapore at the LFC World Exhibition, the former Reds striker was quick to praise Jurgen Klopp’s side and backs them to continue with their good form:

“We always look like we are going to score, and that’s exciting,” the Welshman told TODAY on the sidelines of the LFC World exhibition at Suntec City yesterday afternoon.”

“It’s not going to be easy, but I am looking forward to it. I think at the moment we are playing better than anyone; there’s no reason we can’t do that (continue their form).”

Liverpool will face Watford on Sunday afternoon at Anfield as they look to continue a fine unbeaten run which stretches back all the way to August when they lost 2-0 away to Burnley.

Jurgen Klopp has a nearly fully fit squad to choose from with James Milner expected to return to the starting lineup against the Hornets, after being replaced by understudy Alberto Moreno for the previous league fixture against Crystal Palace due to illness.

The biggest decisions for the Reds boss will be tactical ones with a change in midfield possible if Klopp opts to start Georginio Wijnaldum ahead of Emre Can.
