Well, it’s nearly time for deadline day and as yet the Reds still haven’t signed anyone.
Even so, we’ve seen late flurries before from our club with a certain Luis Suarez and, of course, Andy Carroll being late deals for us in a January window before.
Whether or not we sign a player of Suarez’s quality remains to be seen – it’s likely we won’t of course – but maybe we will get in someone with exciting talent nevertheless.
We’ve been linked this month with one such player with huge potential by Gazzetta di Modena (via The Metro) in the shape of Domenico Berardi of Sassuolo.
Certainly, he’d be the kind of player to really excite in the Premier League given his huge potential but what is he really all about?
