The case of Mamadou Sakho has been a story that has rumbled on for some time now, and it doesn’t appear to be nearing a conclusion just yet.
Indeed, since the start of this season we have wondered just what exactly is going to go on with the Frenchman and the club with him currently out on loan at Crystal Palace – where he has impressed.
Certainly, it’s because he’s played well that we’re even more keen to see where he ends up but, as quoted by Telefoot, he seems open to staying with the Reds.
He said:
“I still have a contract for three more years.
“If I were to wear the Liverpool jersey again, I would be happy to do so.”
Indeed, you cannot deny that the defender did love to play for the club with the passion he showed in the Europa League campaign for example and so we’re sure he’d be professional if he were to play for us again.
