One story we’re interested to see the conclusion of this summer is the one concerning the future of England international Daniel Sturridge at the club.
At one point of course, the striker was our main source of goals but it seems now that he is a bit-part player with Jurgen Klopp seemingly preferring the services of Divock Origi and Roberto Firmino up top.
Of course, Sturridge’s injuries have not helped and it appears as though that the club has slapped a £40 million price tag on him – as per The Daily Mail.
This, then, would be a big deal if it was to go through and it’s got us thinking as to who could be brought in with that extra money.
