It really does seem as though the Reds are going to make getting into the top four as stressful as possible after a frustrating draw yesterday afternoon against Southampton.
Going into the game we had already seen Manchester City win 5-0 on Saturday but we knew that we could really strengthen our own position with a win against the Saints.
That, though, was not what we managed as we were once again left frustrated by the men from the south coast for the fourth time this season.
Indeed, it was a familiar story against a team from outside the top seven at Anfield and the only consolation is that thanks to Arsenal beating Man Utd, things are still in our hands.
