According to Turkish newspaper Fotomac – via Talksport – Liverpool could see Lucas Leiva go to Trabzonspor this summer.
The future of the experienced Brazilian is really up for debate at the moment with it looking 50/50 as to whether he stays or not.
Indeed, he’s been linked with a move away for some time and now it seems as though the Turkish side is the latest to try and prise him away.
Certainly, if we continue to sign players in the summer window then he’s bound to fall further down the pecking order and as a player who wants to be playing every week, that won’t suit.
Lucas, then, could bring his ten-year stay to and end at the club this summer though it remains to be seen where he goes next ahead of the new campaign.
