More often than not, it seems as though top players want to go into punditry these days instead of earning their coaching badges.
That, of course, isn’t a problem – they have every right to do what they want and it is up to them as what they feel comfortable with doing most of all.
It is, though, a real shame that some of these top players that have seen and done so much in the game, aren’t available to bring into the club and pass on their knowledge.
Certainly, right now we’d love to see some of our former players come in and help with the defensive side of the game with our back-line still proving a real pain.
So, with that in mind, here are three former players we’d like to see end up with the Reds and helping out with some coaching…
