As reported by the Daily Post, Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign young South American defender Anderson Arroyo.
The Colombian was actually signed in the January window but paperwork still needed to be sorted and that has now happened.
The 18 year-old will not get a work permit to come to this country straight away so he will instead head to Spain where it is easier for him to get one.
He will play on loan with Mallorca in Segunda B on an 18-month long deal and hopefully in that time we’ll see him progress into a good young defender.
He’s one to watch, then, and it’ll good to see how he gets on.
