Liverpool have seen a number of their players catch the eye this season, with Jurgen Klopp’s leadership of the side seeing plenty of young talents excel in the first-team.

One of those is full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, who put in a Man of the Match performance in the Champions League victory over Manchester City this week and is fighting for a spot in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the World Cup.

The 19-year-old was invited to train with the England squad for March’s international break, having forced his way into the Three Lions’ U21 side, and his performances have not gone unnoticed by those on the continent.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato state that Serie A title chasers Juventus are eyeing a £15m swoop for the Reds’ academy graduate this summer, as they seek to rejuvenate their defensive line.

The serial Italian champions have struggled to fully push themselves over the line in Europe during recent seasons, losing twice in the Champions League final in the past four years, and want Alexander-Arnold to develop into a star in Turin.

However, it’s highly unlikely that Liverpool will agree to a sale and the home-grown hero is believed to be happy at Anfield.
