Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to urge the club to push through the signing of Nabir Fekir amid reports officials are meeting their Lyon counterparts at the start of this week.
The print edition of French newspaper L’Equipe (28 May, page 15) claim the hierarchies of the two clubs will hold talks to discuss the transfer of the attacking midfielder to Anfield.
It is said that the Frenchman is very keen on the move and that a starting price of £53million has been set.

Fekir has been strongly linked with a summer transfer to Liverpool amid reports in both France and England that he is one of the main summer targets for the Champions League runners-up.
The 24-year-old has been named in the France World Cup squad after an outstanding season for Lyon in which he scored 23 goals and supplied eight assists.
Liverpool fans seized on the huge reported transfer development by L’Equipe to urge their club to push through the signing of a player they are convinced can make a big impact next season.
